Very quick check-in, parking on site. A microwave, a fridge, and tea and coffee making equipment in the room and the very comfy bed. The location great in a good local area.

Had very good stay for a family vacation. Booked a room with kitchenware. The location in a very very nice area was excellent and fantastic. The main shopping center and shopping centers were right next door. The pool was nice and I had mixed drinks in the poolside bar. Lucky me, got concierge service free of charge too.

The staff were affable and pretty friendly and helpful with requests. Lots of meals for breakfast, it was low cost.

The hotel was clean and had extremely helpful and very friendly staff on check-out. The property was centrally located close to everything by car. Lucky that it was within a close distance from Beth's Burger Bar, offering food to go. I loved the room for a large 3 bedroom, the bed was comfy.

The rooms are huge, the location is great and incredible. The hotel is centrally located easy to find in shops. And it's near to parks, outlets and Malls, the stores and restaurants and all the attractions and the colleges.

The kitchen is fully equipped, making it convenient for cooking meals. The main pool is lovely, with plenty of beds and a hot tub. The property also has a games room and gym for entertainment. the location and amenities make it a good choice for families.

The cleaning could be more thorough, as there were cobwebs and small items left in the carpet.

We have booked this accommodation (Townhouse) already for the second time due to the good location. All parks are within easy reach, breakfast close by. All rooms have a private bathroom.

All beds creaked loudly with every movement. Two nights (weekend) disturbing party noises from other guests, otherwise very quiet.

Ideal location for all the parks in the area or for the nearby fairground. Pool area is great, bar included. View over the lake.

The check-in process was rushed and didn't provide enough information about the property or nearby attractions. Requested an upper floor but received a lower floor apartment near a noisy area with truckers.

The room was very luxurious and comfortable with an excellent view of the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed (pots/pans, glasses, cutlery, etc.) I was most impressed with the way the room was decorated. It felt like a home away from home. I wish I could've stayed longer! The bedrooms were quite comfortable. The master bedroom/bath was especially very roomy. The hotel is quite close to Sea World and Universal studios.

Daily cleaning of the room was not included in the price of the room. We ended up washing our own towels, dishes, etc. and things like toilet paper and dishwashing liquid were not replenished so we had to buy them ourselves. It would've been nice after a long day in the hot Florida sun to go back to the hotel and have a tidy room with all the beds made and clean towels laid out. The cleaning service should be included in the price of the room. If the receptionist would've asked when I checked in, I definitely would' ve included this!! Also, the pool is much smaller than it looks on the website. It was quite crowded and we had to wait to find a place to sit.

The location was convenient, with easy access to main attractions by car. Having a grocery store nearby was useful for cooking, and the pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The staff was friendly and the area felt safe and quiet.

This hotel is conveniently located near supermarkets and shops, making it a fantastic place to stay. Its close proximity to Orlando's attractions, such as Seaworld just 4 km away, allows for easy access to everything the city has to offer.

Good food combined with an amazing service. Extremely comfy beds and cable channels, a microwave oven and a refrigerator. Centrally located very close to Publix supermarket & takeaway options, enjoyed this place.

I'm felt in my second house close the best place to enjoy my holiday.
